- Every year the prior provincial, the prior vice-provincial and the vicar general, and the heads of institutions in receipt of financial help from the Order must within five months after the end of each financial year send their economic reports directly to the Master of the Order.
- Furthermore, each year the prior provincial, prior vice-provincial, and vicar general shall send their economic reports directly to the Master of the Order.
