- The minutes of the sessions, signed by the Master of the Order and the secretaries, together with the documents pertaining to the chapter itself, shall be placed in the archive of the Order.
- The printed acts of the chapter shall be sent as soon as possible to all the provinces; there shall be at least two copies in every convent of the Order, and they shall be read in the manner laid down by the chapter.
