- With a solid knowledge of the faith, especially as enriched by the sacred scriptures and the liturgy, the brothers should learn how these can shape and fulfil their lives.
- Without neglecting their general education, the brothers should also be given practical and technical training which will suit better the needs of the life and ministry of the province. Such studies should, where possible, have some form of certification.
