  1. Each year the prior provincial, prior vice-provincial and vicar general shall send their financial reports directly to the Master of the Order. Each year, the Prior Provincial shall send a report to the Master of the Order drawn up by the Syndic of the same Province in the same way set down in No. 566 above, and already approved by the Provincial Council.
  2. Furthermore, each year the prior provincial, prior vice-provincial, and vicar general shall send  their economic reports directly to the Master of the Order.
